Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Wellingborough is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Wellingborough and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we determine it is not clinically appropriate. Our prescribing decisions are made solely in the best interests of patient safety.
All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation reviewed by one of our registered pharmacist prescribers. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist will assess your suitability based on your medical history, current medications, and the information you provide.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm and will void these terms. If your health circumstances change after a prescription is issued, you must contact us immediately.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only as directed and may not be transferred or used for any purpose other than that intended.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment will only be captured upon a prescription being approved. If your consultation is declined, you will not be charged. We do not store payment card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day using a tracked courier service. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather or courier delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you.
You have the right to cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval without charge. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
